Austin Chapter Founded in 1962

IGNC–International Good Neighbor Council–Increase your knowledge and your personal contact with nationals of the Americas. In particular, IGNC will help members in the United States and in Mexico appreciate and understand each other.
Casa de Nazareth–IGNC of Austin sponsors Casa de Nazareth, an orphanage located in Piedras Negras, in collaboration with the Piedras Negras/Eagle Pass Chapter.

INTERNATIONAL GOOD NEIGHBOR COUNCIL is a non–profit organization. The objective of the association is to promote the principle of Good Neighbor and friendship between countries of the Western Hemisphere. The Chapter cooperates in activities that increae social, cultural, youth, and educational exchanges, and support the principles of democracy based on constitutional authority.
